Susana Grau is Director of the Department for the Instruction of Proceedings of the Catalan Competition Authority (ACCO), an independent body of the Generalitat de Catalunya, whose objective is to guarantee, improve and promote the conditions of free competition and transparency in the markets with respect to the economic activities carried out in Catalonia.

Prior to that, she was a member of the Directorate General for the Defence of Competition of the Department of Economy, where she was an investigator of sanctioning proceedings and head of investigation until 2009.

Susana Grau holds a Law Degree from Pompeu Frabra University (1996), a Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy and Management (1997) and an Executive Master's Degree in Public Administration from ESADE (2017).
