Professor at the Faculty of Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Deputy Director of the Centre for Financial Regulation and Economic Development (CFRED) and Deputy Director of the European Union Academic Programme in Hong Kong (EUAP). She is also a non-governmental advisor for Hong Kong to the International Competition Network (ICN).

Sandra Marco holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute in Florence and is a recognised expert in competition law, European Union law, commercial law, business law, gambling regulation, telecommunications law and gender issues.

She is a member of the China Antitrust Law Journal and the Hong Kong correspondent for the European Competition Law Review. In 2017, she received the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
