Mario Alonso Puig is a renowned Spanish surgeon specialising in general and digestive surgery. He studied at Harvard University, the IMD in Lausanne and also at the Tavistock Institute in London.

In addition to his work as a doctor, Mario Alonso Puig has dedicated part of his life to researching personal development issues such as human potential in the face of challenge, uncertainty or change.

An expert in the field of leadership and self-help, he has worked as a consultant for numerous institutions, both public and private, and has also given lectures on motivation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
