PhD in Competition Law and Private International Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Law Degree from the University of Hannover and LLM from the Universities of Hannover and Leuven. Founding partner of 3C Compliance and Professor at the University of Deusto, Bilbao.

She is the author of numerous publications in English, German and Spanish and is a regular contributor to the media. In addition to working at the University of Deusto, she collaborates with the U. Carlos III, Madrid, U. Trento, Italy.

She is a member of the Bar Associations of Madrid and Celle, Germany and actively participates in the following professional associations, among others: European Law Institute, Ligue International de Droit de la Concurrence, AEDC, RADC, Deutschen Juristinnenbund and DSJV. She is an associate professor at the University of Deusto and cooperates with several Spanish and international universities. Her professional career has focused on the following areas: Competition Law, M&A, Anti-Corruption and Private International Law. In addition, he has extensive experience in providing legal advice in other jurisdictions such as Germany, United Kingdom, Holland and Switzerland and in advising foreign companies in Spain. Prior to 3C Compliance she has developed her professional career as an associate with the Spanish law firm Gómez Acebo y Pombo and with the law firm Dr. Frühbeck Abogados, SLP in Madrid. She is the national coordinator of the Permanent Observatory on Competition Enforcement of the University of Trento.
