Partner in charge of the Competition practice at MVA ASOCIADOS. He previously worked at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in the Administrative Law, Regulation and Competition department.

Extensive experience at EU and national level in relation to collusive practices and abuse of dominant position, and in merger control proceedings. He has advised on the most significant concentrations in the energy markets in Spain since their liberalisation (electricity, gas and oil), specialising in advising companies operating in this field, both from a regulatory and competition point of view.

In the teaching field, he is a lecturer in numerous postgraduate programmes at universities and teaching centres such as the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Club Español de la Energía, IIR and others.
