Member of the Advisory Board of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. Head of Economic and Legal Affairs at IACTEC. He has worked as Director of the Department for the Promotion of Competition at the CNMC and the National Competition Commission (CNC) (2011-2017). He has been Deputy Director General of Merger Reports at the Competition Court (2003-2006) and member of the Advisory Board of the Competition Court (1998-1999).
