Experience in the areas of Competition Law, Economic Regulation, Telecommunications, Energy and Transport Regulation, Extracontractual Civil Liability, Contracts and Arbitration.

Partner of Bullard Falla Ezcurra+. Professor of Competition Law and Regulation at the Faculty of Law and Master of Business Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad del Pacífico.

He has been Visiting Professor of Competition Law at the Master of Business Law of the Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Author of several articles in the areas of Antitrust and Regulation.

Former Member of the Board of Directors of the Supervisory Body of Private Investment in Energy (OSINERG). Chairman of the Commission for the Supervision of Advertising and Repression of Unfair Competition and Member of the Free Competition Commission of the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI). Technical Secretary of the Free Competition and Consumer Protection Commissions of the National Institute for the Defence of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI). Member of the Advisory Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
