The Rafael del Pino Foundation, in its desire to support education professionals in the continuous development of their skills, has developed the Evoluciona programme to support teachers in their personal and professional development.
Description
The aim of the programme is to help teachers to get to know themselves better, to manage their emotions properly and to communicate more effectively, based on who they are. In this way they will be able to build better relationships with students, parents, other teachers and the rest of the educational community.
The programme consists of 6 modules of 4 hours each, with practical recommendations in order to generate real changes in their daily lives. The programme offers them the possibility to have individual coaching sessions to integrate what they have learned and continue their evolution as individuals, which will logically result in their professional field.
