The Rafael del Pino Foundation, in its desire to support leaders in the continuous development of their skills, is organising this new Systemic Leadership programme.

Systemic Leadership is where the leader is able to sense and understand that we are all part of a system, with multiple sub-systems. In these systems, the actions of each element affect everything and everyone.

Programme description

Research affirms that the most effective leaders are those who think and act systemically, looking at the big picture rather than breaking it down into isolated parts, and who act with people at the centre and as the only route to better performance, i.e. those who focus on people and relationships.

The systemic look at organisations gives a perspective of greater scope and impact, relying on the non-visible (and the visible), and thus contributing to structural, sustainable and innovative transformation. In terms of human resources, it consists of thinking as a whole, in order to create organisations that are not fixed but changing and adaptable to challenges. Understanding the reality of companies and respecting their identity, this workshop aims to present a clear approach to achieve the structural and cultural transformations necessary to achieve their strategic objectives in the new markets, through conscious training in skills and attitudes.

We understand the human being in its totality, from its holistic part, and we act in the three great fields: the mind, the body and the emotion. Traditionally, we have tried to develop people from the cognitive part, but today we know that this is a limited way. That is why we are firm when it comes to including corporeality and emotions as a safe method of learning, without separating it from the cognitive.

The training process is experiential, where a context of shared experience is generated that fosters accelerated learning because it is co-created by the participants and encourages active collaboration.
