The Escala Programme, organised by the Foundation, is aimed at young people who wish to strengthen their personal skills in the areas of leadership and innovation, and their capacities in different areas of knowledge. The aim is to help young people with concerns to lead them to action and thus be generators of change in their environments; from what they are and what they want. Supported by reflection and rigour.
