Programme description
Through three specialised and interconnected courses, participants will acquire the necessary competencies to lead change and growth processes in their organisations. The programme combines academic rigour with practical applicability, presenting solid theoretical frameworks together with real case studies and tools immediately applicable in the business environment.
Courses that make up the programme:
1.- Internationalisation Strategy of the Company

Globalisation has redefined the rules of business competition, creating both unprecedented opportunities and challenges for organisations of all sizes. This first course provides the strategic framework and operational tools necessary to design and execute successful international expansion processes. From identifying opportunities to managing political and regulatory risks, the course addresses all critical aspects of business internationalisation. Participants will learn how to assess markets, select appropriate entry modes and develop strategies that balance global standardisation with local adaptation.
2.- Business in the Global Digital Economy

The digital revolution has radically transformed traditional business models, creating new ways to create value and reach customers. This course takes an in-depth look at how companies can leverage new technologies and digital platforms to compete effectively in the global marketplace. It looks at both digital transformation strategies for established companies and opportunities for new digital entrants. Participants will explore how digitalisation is redefining value chains, business models and customer expectations in different sectors, learning how to design and implement effective digital strategies.
3.- Business Transformation in the New Economy

Through the detailed analysis of real-life case studies in a variety of sectors, from retail to agriculture, this course provides a practical and in-depth look at how companies are adapting to the new economic environment. Participants will learn from the experiences of leading organisations that have successfully navigated digital transformation and international expansion, analysing both their successes and challenges. The course examines how different industries are responding to digital disruption and globalisation, providing valuable insights into best practices in change management and strategic adaptation.
