Programme methodology
In the 19th edition we offer distance learning under the following conditions:
- Places are limited, both on-site and virtual (although we recommend on-site).
- Possibility of requesting a voluntary change from virtual to face-to-face, subject to the availability of a face-to-face place.
- Possibility of requesting a change from face-to-face to virtual.
Students enrolled in person will become virtual students in the event that the health authorities recommend it. The sessions will be broadcast live and recorded on video, which will be made available to all attendees.
As in previous editions, the focus of the course is based on experience and learning through the analysis of concrete situations, the diagnosis of problems and the interaction of the participants, so face-to-face attendance is recommended.
The aim of this project is to apply the knowledge acquired. Each participant must choose an organisational improvement project (applicable to a foundation) to be developed throughout the programme, which must be presented at the end of the course. In the case of participants who are carrying out their professional activity in a foundation, they will have the possibility of applying the improvement project to their areas of responsibility, involving the organisation itself in the learning commitment and obtaining specific and quantifiable results in the short term.
During the project, participants will be able to consult the course teachers. In addition, during the course, they will be able to access the association's legal, tax and accounting advice service, receive its publications and register free of charge in DEMOS, even if they are not members of the AEF.
Upon completion, participants become part of the alumni network of the Specialisation Course. The Association will keep them updated on developments in the sector through its regular communication channels and alumni continuity activities.
