Programme description

This leadership programme has different formats and, depending on the profile of the students, includes experiential workshops on intrapersonal, interpersonal (self-knowledge, group generation, etc.) and systemic leadership, and/or immersion sessions developed in the best centres of excellence in the world.

In 2024, the programme has included the organisation of an international leadership programme aimed at the best Movers by FUE (Fundación Universidad Empresa) dossiers, in which the young participants had the opportunity to spend a week in New York, Boston and Cambridge (USA) visiting the leading universities and international companies of the moment and receiving exclusive training given by top level experts and academics in subjects related to the development of their professional competences (see the programme). In addition, for the third consecutive year, a programme has been organised for the best students with the support of the Dadoris Foundation.

The Programme Call for talent has the invaluable collaboration of Rafael del Pino Excellence Fellows, Professors Rafael del Pino and volunteers "Friends of the Rafael del Pino Foundation"who selflessly offer their knowledge and experience to these young people.

Students are selected for their academic excellence and leadership skills.
